I was born in Vienna, Austria and started my dance training at the age of 5. (Ballet, Jazz dance, Tap, Modern, Hip Hop,...).

 

From 18 to 21 I attended the famous drama school „The Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute“ in Los Angeles and trained as a dancer at „The EDGE Performing Arts Center Hollywood“.

2007: I graduated from the University of Vienna in Journalism (BA)

 

YOGA:

 

2010-2012: Yoga-Training at the Jivamukti-Studio in Munich

 

2012: 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training from „Yoga Alliance Europe“ in Florence, Italy, in „Transformational Hatha Yoga“. This is a Hatha-Style that uses a lot of pranayama (breath work) and mantras in each single asana.

July 2013 – Februar 2014: 500 hour Yoga teacher training in Los Angeles at „Yogaworks“ (www.yogaworks.com) - with my mentors Carmen Fitzgibbon (Iyengar based) und Jeanne Heileman (Tantra teacher).
